Jocelyn Barker is the Co-Chairman of the Chinese Shar-Pei Charitable Trust. She has served as a Trustee for many years. The CSP Charitable Trust has been a big part of her life since its inception. Jocelyn is a retired educator and worked for the US State Department in Russia. Shar-Pei have been with her every step of the way since 1984. Like many fanciers, she has lost much loved Shar-Pei companions to some of the health concerns found in the breed and the Charitable Trust has been a way to pay forward the joy of Shar-Pei.

A dear friend often said “Remember your Shar-Pei are counting on you!” and for Jocelyn that is the goal of the Charitable Trust.

Kay Rosenberger is a Co-Chairman of the Chinese Shar-Pei Charitable Trust, serving as a Trustee for many years prior. Kay is currently employed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Pricing Operations and Support Manager. Falling hopelessly in love with this breed since purchasing her first puppy in 1985, Kay has used her professional experience in accounting and finance to contribute to organizations at the local and national level. The heartbreaking experience of losing dogs to amyloidosis and cancer led Kay to working closely with those that can have an impact on improving the health of breed.

Lee Arnold (Chairman Emeritus) of the CSP Charitable Trust when the CSPCA Board of Directors created it in 1995. He has had Shar-Pei since 1985.

Professionally he has been in broadcasting his whole life, both in Radio and TV. For most of his professional life he could be heard and seen as an Air Personality in New York. Although semi-retired, he still is involved in Broadcasting, heard on both the Country and Standard channels for Sirius Satellite Radio every day. On TV he is the co-host and commentator for Animal Planet for their dog shows.

He, like many Shar-Pei owners lost one of his dogs to Amyloidosis and since that time he wanted to help in the health issues of the Breed. Lee is committed to that end and for that reason accepted the Chairmanship of the CSP Charitable Trust.

In the sport and fancy, he is an AKC Delegate, member of several all Breed clubs and serves as Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the AKC/Canine Health Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Somerset Hills Kennel Club and is former President of the Non-Sporting Group Club of New Jersey.

For Lee, it simply is "All About the Dogs".
